Vanna - GA

I went with my bf to Savannah, GA this weekend and we had a great time. The weather was VERY hot and very muggy, but despite that we were enjoying ourselves. Overall it would have been a great weekend except for 2 things:
1. We got a BS parking ticket on Tybee Island. We put 3 hours worth of coins into the meter and came back literally 3 hours later to a ticket on the window. Its like the meter maid stood there and just waited for the meter to run out so he could write us a ticket. It was such a bummer to end up paying $18 to park 3 hours. BTW, the beach at Tybee seemed kind of redneck when we were there, so I wasn't impressed.
2. When we got back to Atlanta our power was out. It went off around 6 pm so at first we weren't worried. We called the power company and they expected it to be fixed by 9 pm. We noticed that literally everyone else in the neighborhood had power back except for our cul-de-sac. I called the power company again and they thought they had fixed the problem. Thank goodness I called back. On top of this, we had turned the air conditioning off in the house so it was 95 degrees inside! It was cooler to sit outside than it was inside. So what do you do at 9:30 at night in the pitch black 95 degree heat? Not a whole hell of a lot. It made the evening go by VERY VERY slowly. The power finally turned back on at 11 pm and a big thank you to the nice GA Power technician who came out to fix the blown fuse.

Is that your license plate number on the ticket? It looks like you live in Georgia?
